  • How does the guest book work?

    We set the photo booth up to print x2 copies of each picture, x1 for your guests and x1 for your guest book. We bring gel pens, adhesive and encourage your guests to leave messages next to their pictures. We will then deliver this to you at the end of the night.

  • How much deposit do I need to pay?

    We take a £95 (non refundable) deposit to secure your photo booth hire date.

  • Do you charge for travel?

    We do not charge for travel to areas that we cover. If you are unsure if we cover your area, please contact us to find out more.

  • What are the sizes of the photo booths?

    Our enclosed photobooth is approximately 1.5m wide x 2m long x 2m high. Please check your event location can accommodate the booth.

  • Does Say Cheez have insurance?

    Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance and all our booths are PAT tested. We are happy to provide a copy of these via email if requested.

  • How long does it take to set up the booth?

    It can take us anywhere from 30-45 minutes to set up, we will arrive on site at least one hour before your hire time is due to start, this time is included and is not counted as part of your run time.

  • What are idle hours for?

    If you require the booth setting up at 6pm but do not want it running until 9pm, this would be charged at 3 idle hours on top of the hire costs. Idle hours are charged at £30 per hour.

  • What cameras do your booths use?

    Our enclosed photo booth uses a high end professional DSLR camera resulting in sharp quality pictures.

  • What are the terms and conditions and cancellation policy?

  • How do I pay?

    Once you have agreed your hire date, we will send you our sort code and account number so you can bank transfer the deposit (or full amount) to secure your booking. The bank account name is:  Say Cheez.
